Kastaş Authorized Dealers Meeting 2024
Kastaş brought together its 42 authorized dealers from across the country at its facilities in the Menemen Plastic Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, İzmir. The meeting was held to share the company’s future vision and strengthen its sustainable growth strategies.
Kastaş Chairman of the Board Haydar Atılgan started the meeting with an opening speech, sharing the company's vision and future goals with the attendees. Atılgan emphasized that Kastaş aims to increase its market share both domestically and internationally to adapt to changing market dynamics. Highlighting the importance of strong business partnerships and investments in digitalization, Atılgan emphasized that Kastaş would continue to grow through its collaboration with authorized dealers.

Kastaş Sales Director Ahmet Pınarlı discussed the Authorized Distributors System, describing it as one of the key pillars of the company’s growth strategies. Pınarlı highlighted that Kastaş has always been customer-focused and continually offers innovations to be the best solution partner in the industry. He also emphasized that the company improves its sales strategies by listening to customer demands and continuously optimizing processes.
Cem Kılıç, a trainer and speaker from Talent Touch, delivered a presentation titled “Changing Ways of Working: How Ready Are We, and How Ready Are Our Teams?”. Kılıç emphasized the importance of adapting to digitalization and new ways of working, providing valuable insights on how teams can be better prepared for this transformation. Participants gained important perspectives on how teams can be more effective and efficient in the face of rapid changes in the business world.
Kastaş Technology Director Ozan Devlen shared the latest developments in the sealing industry and Kastaş’s technological investments in this field. Devlen emphasized the importance of R&D efforts and how Kastaş aims to position itself strongly in the industry with technological innovations.
The meeting continued with a presentation by Kastaş Design and Project Manager Sercan Karakoç on “Design and Project Management”. Karakoç introduced the innovative design processes in Kastaş projects, explaining how the company would maintain its leadership in projects and implement the best practices in the industry.
