Tuzla Branch of Kastas Opened

As a step in our new branch structure in the Marmara Region, we opened our new branch, Kastas Tuzla Branch, in February 2024, in ISTIM Industrial Site on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.
Our Tuzla Branch, which was opened to be closer to the industrialists in the region and to provide better service, was established to quickly meet the needs of existing customers in the region, as well as to evaluate product supply and technical solutions on-site. Thanks to our Tuzla Branch, we will be able to provide our customers with up-to-date product stocks and fast supply of standard products.

Our Sales Director Ahmet Pınarlı said the following about the opening of our Tuzla Branch:
“The diversification of the industrial structure of the Anatolian side of Istanbul day by day, the increase in organized industries, the needs related to sealing elements and the related increasing potential are the main and most important reasons for our idea of positioning in the region. We are ready to offer our best service with our experienced sales team members who transferred to our Tuzla branch from the European side of Istanbul and our new colleagues who joined Kastas in Tuzla branch.
Our sales organization basically has 3 different disciplines. We have created and developed the organization of our Tuzla branch, which is affiliated to our Marmara Regional Directorate, within this framework. Our sales regional engineer, sales regional manager engineer colleagues, who are in the field and ensure that customer requests and expectations are evaluated on site, will be conducting field work with daily periodic customer visits. On the other hand, our sales project engineer colleagues, who are located in our branch, working at the point of tracking and bidding the projects in the region and ensuring contact with the central factory for technical solutions, have taken their place in our staff. In addition to all these, our branch is ready to serve the region with our customer representatives in our staff to make order and shipment management in the most perfect way.”
