FR200

FR200®; is a product that has the ability to react quickly to sudden pressure changes with its improved design, thin oil film and low friction performance. Design if FR200 allows the seal to relief hydrodynamic pressure in the system safely.

K01

K01 rod packing is a single acting rod sealing set which consists of one header ring, three pieces fabric elastomer rings, two pieces elastomer rings and one fabric elastomer back ring.

K04

K04 rod packing is a single acting rod sealing set which consists of one header ring, three pieces fabric elastomer rings, two pieces elastomer rings and one fabric elastomer back ring.

K22

K22 is a single acting hydraulic rod seal designed for light and medium duty applications.

K29

K29 buffer ring works as tandem with a main rod seal. K29 consists of a TPU sealing ring and thermoplastic back-up ring which is resistant for peak pressures in hydraulic applications and offers additional safety for the complete system.

K31

K31 heavy duty rod seal is designed for working at hydraulic rod applicaitions consisting of special geometry polyurethane seal, elastomer ring that works as an energizer at low pressures and thermoplastic backup ring for superior extrusion resistance.

K32

K32 is a rod seal for hydraulic rod applications consisting of polyurethane seal and thermoplastic backup ring.

K33

K33 is a single acting rod seal with an extra lip designed for a wide range of hydraulic applications. K33 lip design offers an optimum oil film while the secondary lip provides additional wiping performance and system safety.

K34

K34 heavy duty hydraulic rod seal set consists of one elastomer sealing ring, one elastomer or fabric elastomer extrusion ring and one thermoplastic backup ring. The back-up ring and exturision ring supply long term service life while the elastomer ring gives an ability of superior sealing at variable and high pressures.

K35

K35 singe acting rod seal consists of PTFE sealing ring and energizer elastomer o-ring. K35 is preffered in many applications as a single rod seal or as tandem while offering good sealing performance and low friction.

K37

K37 single acting hydraulic rod seal consists of fabric elastomer ring and thermoplastic extrusion ring.

K38

K38 is a rod seal with an additional lip design, which is ideal for cylinders with small housing design. The groove design of K38 generates a higher preload which is an advantage in lower pressures and long stroke cylinders.

K701

K701 is single acting rod seal consisting of PTFE sealing ring and V shaped energizing metal spring. It’s a preffered sealing solution in process, chemical industries as well as food&beverage equipment.

K704

K704 single acting rod seal consists of PTFE sealing ring and a profile ring as an energizer. Specially designed for heavy duty applications, K704 rod seal offers high extrusion resistance and superior sealing performance.

K96

K96 Rod Seal is an elastormer sealing solution with a special inner lip design.

K97

K97 is a single acting HNBR rod seal. Recommended to use with a backup ring, K97 is a preffered sealing solution for medium to heavy duty cylinders where the sealing performace of elastomer and higher temperature resistance is required.

K39

K39 is a single acting rod seal consisting of fabric elastomer at the back side and elastomer at the front side. It can be used in standard cylinder applications.

K709

K709 Rod Seal is a double acting rod seal, consists of a PTFE sealing ring and elastomer o-ring energizer. It provides low friction with no stick-slip and wear resistance.

K755

K704 is double acting piston seal consists of PTFE sealing ring and a profile ring as an energizer. Specially designed for heavy duty applications, K704 rod seal offers high extrusion resistance and superior sealing performance.

K106

K106 pneumatic rod seal is a single acting sealing element that can perform both functions together with its dust lip preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the cylinder and the u-cup structure that provides sealing.

K702

K702 is a double acting rotary sealing element consisting of a PTFE ring and an energizer elastomer o-ring. It provides high performance with its superior properties in rod type pressurized rotary sealing applications.

K150

K150 Chevron rings are single acting rod seals made by water resistant fabric impregnated elastomer, specially designed for water and wateroil mixture. They are high pressure pump seals working at high pressure washers.

K151

K151 high pressure sealing sets are three pieces rod sealing elements consisting of water resistant fabric elastomer chevron ring, backup ring and head adapter for pressure washers. * The product in the visual belongs to K151 consists of a chevron ring and front adapter. K151B SKU`s has an additional back-up ring.

K152

K152 sealing elements are single acting rod seals made by water resistant fabric impregnated elastomer, specially designed for water and wateroil mixture. They are low pressure pump seals working at pressure washers.

K153

K153 is designed for working in water and water-oil mixtures. they are single acting rod seals made by water resistant fabric elastomer. They are two pieces seals consisting of K152 and head adapter.

K154

K154 is designed for working in water and water-oil mixtures. they are single acting rod seals made by water resistant fabric elastomer.

K21

K21 is a single acting symetrical u-cup that can be produced from polyurethane or elastomer material and can be used in the piston or rod applications. It is recommended for use in light duty cylinders.

K36

K36 single-acting sealing element designed to be used in hydraulic rod and piston applications, is made of the fabric reinforced elastomer material to increase the pressure resistance at the bottom and elastomer material that serves as a seal at the top.

K98

K98 is a single acting hydraulic sealing element consisting of a specially formed polyurethane u-ring and an elastomer o-ring. It is designed to be used in systems where pressure changes and shock pressures occur, in operations with vibration, in applications with long-term locked applications.

K95

K95 piston-rod seal is an elastomer material single acting sealing element which is able to work both at piston and rod applications thanks to straight cut and symetrical lips structure. Recommend to use with backup rings above 100 bars.

K114

K114 piston-rod seal is a single acting sealing element which is able to work both at piston and rod applications thanks to symetrical design.

K30 pneumatic rod seal is a single acting sealing element made of elastomer material and has a metal ring body inside for use in open grooves.

K51 pneumatic rod seal is a sealing element with scraping, sealing features with its special design that also allows to be assembled to open grooves without the neeed of any circlip.

The K19 double-acting compact piston seal has a robust design which contains an elastomer energizer, a PTFE ring and two thermoplastic back-up rings.
