Kastaş Met with Future Talents at the Aegean Career Fair

Continuing to connect with young talents who are shaping their career paths, Kastaş took part in the Aegean Career Fair held on February 26–27. Throughout the event, engineering students and young professionals visiting the Kastaş booth had the opportunity to learn more about sealing technologies and explore our career opportunities. The fair hosted inspiring conversations, where participants discovered Kastaş’s innovative approach and its leading position in the industry directly from our expert team.

Additionally, Serap Manisalı, Kastaş’s Senior Human Resources Manager, participated as a speaker in the demo session of the panel titled “Digital Technologies in Human Resources Management and Society 5.0.” The panel addressed the impact of digital transformation on HR practices and the importance of a human-centered approach in the future of work.
