卡斯塔斯的职业健康和安全政策基于 "以人为本、健康第一、职业安全第一 "的原则。卡斯塔斯非常重视为员工和业务伙伴提供一个健康、安全的工作环境，并努力消除阻碍实现这一目标的风险。
