Our Chairman of the Board Haydar Atılgan met with our young talents

Haydar Atılgan, Chairman of the Board of Kastas Sealing Technologies, came together with our Young Talents who started their jobs within the scope of Momentum Young Talent Programme.  He shared Kastas' journey that started 43 years ago and his experiences since its establishment.

Chairman of the Board Atılgan shared anecdotes about how Kastas can overcome the difficulties in this journey; how success can be achieved by knowing clearly what you want to do with a strong team with knowledge and heart bond, having determination and belief in realisation, and walking in the light of values without compromising in every run. 
He mentioned that doing your job well and correctly, focusing on the employee, the phenomenon of trust and being consistent in relationships, continuing by focusing and continuously learning, and taking a good role model are among the values that make success solid. In addition to all these, Atılgan stated that it is also important to have at least one hobby to enjoy life and spent a full day with our Young Talents.
