K07

K07 metal case wipers are sealing elements preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the hydraulic applications. They can be produced from thermoplastic polyurethane or elastomer material in a metal case.

K09

K09 wipers are a sealing elements preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the hydraulic applications. They can be produced from thermoplastic polyurethane or elastomer material. They have a superior wiping effect thanks to the cut lip design. K09 provides optimal contact force with its stepped design at outside diameter.

K10

K10 wipers, produced from elastomer material, are sealing elements preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the hydraulic applications. With its double lip structure, they are suitable for use in systems where a thin oil film is required.

K11

K11 dust seals are products designed for challenging applications where the scrapping is expected from the wiper. K11 wipers are produced from TPE material which provides superior tear and rupture resistance compared to TPU wipers.

K12

K12 metal case double wipers are sealing elements preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the system thanks to their special design. They can be used in open housing gland cap design.

K13

K13 wipers are scraper elements, produced from thermoplastic polyurethane material in a metal case, preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the hydraulic applications. They can be used in open housing gland cap design.

K27

K27 is a PU double wipers has both a sealing lip in rod and wiping lip to preventing foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the cylinder.

K93

K06 elastomer or polyurethane wipers are single acting wipers designed to prevent foreign particles in the cylinder.

K94

K94 is a TPU wiper with an additional sealing lip. Different from regular wipers, additonal static sealing lip prevents ingress of dirt and water spray.

K103

K103 double wipers prevents foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the cylinder in hydraulic systems, thanks to the upper and lower lips in their designs. They have a good wiping performance on the rod with double wiper design. Different from K27 wipers, K103 has wiper lip designed with a radius that optimizes the oil film on countersurface without scrapping.

K107

K107 is TPU double wiper with a static sealing lip as an addition to the wiping lip. The dynamic lips of K107 double wiper are designed with a radius in order to optimize the oil film on counter running surface and the seal geometry is designed to relief hydrodynmaic pressure in the system.

K703

K703 wipers are elements preventing that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate in the hydraulic applications, and consist of PTFE scraper ring and elastomer o-ring. They have long service life withh low friction in fast moving systems.

K716

K716 wipers prevent that foreign particles from outer environment penetrate into the cylinder in the hydraulic applications, and reduce the oil film thickness. In highly contaminated systems, all effects (water, mud, dust, etc.) coming from the external environment are avoided with the special cap design. All effects in systems with high pollution from outer environment (water, mud, dust, etc.) can be prevented thanks to the special head design. K716, used in heavy duty applications with large sealing gaps, has superior protection feature.

K92

K92 metal wiper consists of a brass scraper and NBR tandem wipers lips in a steel body. K92 is able to scrap the dried and frozen mud, ice and other different dusts.

K101

K101 external wipers are the products which are mounted onto the piston heads in order to wipe the contamination on the tube surface. It supplies a long service life and protects the main sealing element from harm when the tube is open to outer environment.

K102

K102 wipers are protecting the pin at the construction machines. They can be used in open grooves at rotational applications and protecting the grease from contamination.

K705

K705 PTFE wipers consists of a PTFE wiper ring and two o-rings. Wiper ring design has two lips on the contact surface and provides superior wiping performance. K705 can offer wider temperature intervals and media compatibility with special versions produced from different elastomer and PTFE compounds.

K706

K706 is a PTFE wiper and with an energizer oring. It can work in short gland caps thanks to small housing width. The working temperatures can change up to the oring material.

K708

K708 is a PTFE wiper with an energizer o-ring.

K606

K606 polyurethane wipers prevent the foreign particles pass into the hydraulic cylinders. They have a superior wiping effect on the rod thanks to improved lip design. Also second static lip on the external side face keeps the wiper tight in the housing and serves as an static seal.
