VALERIA ALBERTINI

My name is Valeria Albertini, and I am the Regional Sales Manager at Kastas Italy. I am passionate about my work, and I’m dedicated to contributing to the company’s success with my skills, hard work, and focus on achieving results.
Before joining Kastas, I gained 17 years of experience in the seals industry for hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotary applications. I worked for companies like Freudenberg and STS (a Kastas distributor), handling customer service, purchasing, marketing, accounting, and budget planning and management. These roles gave me a deep understanding of the industry and helped me build valuable skills.
I started my journey at Kastas in 2022. Since then, I’ve had the chance to grow professionally and personally in an exciting and challenging environment.
Being an employee at Kastas means being part of an international and innovative company that values teamwork and individual contributions. For me, it’s a great opportunity to use my skills to work on exciting projects with talented colleagues in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Kastas has given me the chance to learn more about international markets and develop strategies to grow the business in Italy. The company has shown trust in me by giving me an important role in expanding the Italian branch, which has been a big opportunity for my professional growth.

EMRE KÖSE

I started in 2011 as a Vacuum Press Operator and I continue my working life as an Entry Quality Control and Forklift Operator. I am happy to work in cooperation with my colleagues and to be valued by my managers.
It is very nice to be a part of a constantly developing structure.
I have learnt that trust and disciplined work are the key to success in my long-standing Kastas life. Kastas is my second home. I proudly recommend being and being a Kastas employee in my social life.

ERKAN DEMİREL

Having spent 10 years in the Aerospace / Defence Industry sector, I have been working at Kastas Sealing Technologies since 2013, which has given me the opportunity to use this experience and experience.
During this period, I have had the opportunity to develop myself further in my company, which gives me peace and confidence with a sense of belonging and supports me with its stable and developing structure, together with my friends who inspire me with the spirit of teamwork.
I would like to express my gratitude to my company and all my colleagues who supported, contributed and added value to me in this process.

SEVDİYE GÜL

Previously, I worked in different sectors and in different companies for about 3 years. I met Kastas on the recommendation of a friend and was immediately hired. I have been here for 30 years. In short, I have lived all the beautiful periods of my life here, including my youth, my engagement period, my marriage years, my motherhood.
When I first started working here, I had difficulties like everyone else, but the conditions of our work and the working environment were designed in such a way that a woman could easily adapt. My colleagues always supported and motivated me during the learning process. My managers were there for me whenever I needed support, so I adapted easily. I have been here for 30 years, one month, two months, one year, two years. This place has become like a family for me. Kastas has become my second home, where I spend more time than my home, where I come back every day without getting bored.

SERCAN KARAKOÇ

I came in July 2008 for a job interview at KASTAŞ Sealing Technologies AOSB factory, I encountered an important and different perspective in these interviews. KASTAŞ, which always sees the basis of growth and development as valuable human resources, offered me offers for five different departments. As an engineer at the beginning of his business life, he asked me which department was closest to me, where I would like to work and where I would be motivated. Knowing that young engineers in Turkey usually apply to all departments regardless of the job description, KASTAŞ had the idea of turning this situation into a positive one and enabling really young minds to start working in departments where they can be productive. This was an important point for me and I wanted to start working in the Mould Technologies department, that is, in the main kitchen of KASTAŞ. Thus, I would have the opportunity to learn all the design and production processes from the first moment when a product was being created. Since my appointment, I have been continuing my work at Kastas with the same motivation. I have learnt by experience that it is important for people to carry out tasks and projects in departments where they will work motivated and enthusiastic as a source of success. I also believe that the right communication and an exciting, dynamic, cheerful and sincere working environment play an important role in reinforcing success. I hope that Kastas energy and success will continue to increase.
