K519 - Heavy Duty Piston Seal
K519 is a high-performance, double-acting piston seal developed for demanding heavy-duty hydraulic applications. Its advanced configuration—comprising a modified PTFE sealing ring, a low-temperature NBR energizer, and two high-strength thermoplastic backup rings—offers outstanding extrusion, wear, and friction resistance. Designed to perform reliably under high pressure, K519 ensures long service life even in severe dynamic conditions. For more extreme environments, an alternative version featuring a modified PTFE ring and HNBR energizer is available for operation up to 150°C.
