Haydar Atılgan said that the R&D unit consists of a young and dynamic team specializing in; this team, which is doing intensive work on innovative products, materials, research and tests; customer expectations at the same time, He noted that he has produced new projects for potential investments due to industry and technological developments.
Kastaş R&D and Application Manager Ozan Devlen, R&D Test Center established in 2015, He stated that Kastaş has accelerated its work in much better conditions in its new facilities installed in Menemen Plastik Specialized OSB on an area of 40 thousand square meters.
Pointing out that Kastaş has all the possibilities and high-tech devices for hydraulic and pneumatic sealants tests at international standards, Devlen made the following assessment:
“There are many factors that are difficult to predict or simulate in fluid power technology. Therefore, testers and field tests are the two most effective methods of testing products with real parameters. Sealing elements have a very critical role in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Therefore, we need to make sure that the products operate smoothly and safely under specified operating conditions. All the products we offer to our customers; We are going through a long and detailed testing process to ensure that it meets both customer expectations and health, environmental and safety standards. R&D studies are supported from time to time with TUBITAK FRUIT projects in addition to the work within us”.
