PT6006 Bronze-Filled PTFE
PT6006 bronze-filled PTFE consists of 40% bronze filling, which significantly enhances its resistance to extrusion and provides more advanced mechanical properties compared to virgin PTFE. This makes PT6006 highly versatile and widely used especially in dynamic seals, often paired with elastomer energizers. Moreover is well-suited for rotary seals, backup rings, and specially designed seals used in various applications where a wide temperature range, chemical resistance, high speeds, and low friction are essential.

PT6005 Carbon Graphite-Filled PTFE
PT6005 carbon graphite-filled PTFE consists of 25% carbon graphite filling, which significantly enhances its mechanical properties. This material o_ers low friction and high abrasion resistance, making it ideal for demanding applications. PT6005 is particularly well-suited for applications involving contact with corrosive materials, thanks to its enhanced chemical resistance. As a self-lubricating material, it performs exceptionally well in dry applications.
