Kastaş participated in the 10th Hydraulic Pneumatic Congress (HPKON 2025), one of the leading technical events in the field of hydraulic and pneumatic technologies. The congress took place between November 12–15, 2025, at the İzmir MMO Tepekule Congress and Exhibition Center. Industry professionals who visited our stand received detailed information about our products, material solutions and application expertise. Our meetings with participants from different sectors allowed us to assess field requirements accurately and present our technical solutions according to specific application needs.
Kastaş took part in the congress not only as a sponsor but also as a contributor to the technical content. Our Senior R&D Engineer, Mine Ünlü Cebeci, delivered the presentation titled “Testing and Verification: New Generation Composite Guiding Elements,” in which she explained the performance evaluation processes of composite guiding materials. Our Senior Executive of Materials Technologies, Barış Çaylak, presented “Sustainable Alternatives in FKM and PTFE Materials Regarding PFAS Bans,” where he introduced alternative material solutions developed in line with environmental regulations.
As part of the educational program, our Design and Project Manager, Sercan Karakoç, delivered the course “Materials, Designs and Selection Criteria for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Sealing Elements.” This course provided participants with a comprehensive technical background on sealing element design parameters, material types and performance considerations under different operating conditions. In addition, our Senior Test Center Specialist, Recai Bıçakçı, conducted the workshop “Hydraulic & Pneumatic Sealing Elements,” which offered participants practical insights based on real-world applications. These technical contributions created valuable knowledge-sharing opportunities that addressed the industry’s current needs in material science, design approaches and sustainability.

HPKON 2025 concluded as a productive event where technical knowledge sharing and interdisciplinary interaction were clearly visible. The discussions we held with the visitors at our stand helped us better understand the requirements of different applications.
