Kastaş Sealing Technologies Celebrates Its 45th Anniversary

Kastaş, celebrated its 45-year history and successful journey with a special event attended by all its employees. At the event, which showcased one of the finest examples of corporate culture and team spirit, seniority awards were presented to colleagues who have contributed to bringing Kastaş to where it is today.

Speaking at the opening of the event, Kastaş CEO Bircan Atılgan summarized Kastaş's growth journey from the past to the present while sharing the company's actions against current market dynamics and its future vision. Stating that 45 years is not just a long period of time for a company, but also an indicator of its ability to adapt to changing conditions and manage crises, Atılgan continued:

Following CEO Bircan Atılgan's inspiring speech, thank-you plaques were presented to employees who have completed their 10th, 20th, and 30th years under the Kastaş umbrella.

Alpay Çavga, who received his 30th-year plaque. As a living witness to this journey of over a quarter of a century, Çavga expressed his feelings with the following words:

"I thought of the day I first walked through this door 30 years ago. A young man, excited and in a sweet rush. I could never have imagined that time would flow so fast and that this process, in which our company has reached its 45th year, would turn into a 30-year giant adventure. Looking back, I didn't just witness the change of technologies and systems under the Kastaş roof; I became a living witness of its transformation from a small enterprise into a giant power competing in the global market and pushing for the top ranks in the world in its sector, transforming from small steps into a giant plane tree. My greatest pride is knowing that I have a drop of sweat and a piece of effort in the roots and trunk of this plane tree. We didn't just produce work here; we grew together, we matured together. I received this meaningful plaque not only as a token of 30 years but as a symbol of my love, loyalty, and bond to this beautiful family. I'm glad I walked through this door, I'm glad you are all here. To many more successes together..."

After the award ceremony, Kastaş employees enjoyed being a team and celebrating success together, relieving the fatigue of the 45th year accompanied by music and entertainment.
