Our Technology Director, Ozan Devlen, attended the 3-day Annual General Meeting of the European Sealing Association (ESA), held with nearly 100 participants representing 62 member companies from across Europe.
As Chairman of ESA, Ozan represented Kastaş at the highest level, contributing to key discussions that continue to shape the future of our industry.

Once again, ESA brought together the core of the European sealing community—creating a strong platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and forward-looking dialogue. Across divisions, members explored how to further enhance safety in manufacturing while simultaneously reducing environmental impact—an increasingly critical balance for our sector.
Key topics included PFAS developments, digital product passports, the engagement of young engineers, and strengthening collaboration with universities—areas that will clearly define the next phase of sealing technologies.

As Kastaş, building on many years of active involvement within ESA, we are pleased to observe that the current level of energy, engagement, and growth across the association is stronger than ever before. We would like to thank all ESA members and contributors for making this event such a success.
