Starting in 2023, Kastaş initiated the integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into its business processes. By 2024, the company strategically shifted its focus entirely to artificial intelligence-based automation. Within this scope, Kastaş successfully deployed its in-house developed AI business automation to handle a repeatable, previously manual process in 2024, followed by the automation of two additional processes in the first quarter of 2025. These implementations have delivered significant efficiency gains. For the remainder of 2025, Kastaş aims to expand these capabilities, targeting the digital transformation of key manual processes—particularly within the planning, finance, and procurement departments.
One of Kastaş’s tangible steps in the field of artificial intelligence is the development of the chatbot, Sealy. It is planned to evolve into a platform that can respond to various issues employees face, providing quick and effective solutions. Sealy will become a critical tool, accelerating business processes and enabling employees to use their time more efficiently.
