The program assesses companies based on four core pillars: Strategy, Capabilities and Innovation, Culture and Commitment, and Governance and Financials. Throughout the evaluation process, companies have the opportunity to comprehensively analyze their management structures, identify their strengths, and gain awareness of areas for development. Successfully completing this comprehensive process, Kastaş earned the appreciation of the jury with its long-term strategic planning, competence in management by objectives, and innovation-driven growth model, thereby earning the right to hold the "Best Managed Companies Turkey" title.
