K03

K03 single acting piston seal set consists of thermoplastic header ring, fabric elastomer intermediate ring and fabric elastomer backup ring.

K15

K15 double acting piston seal consists of polyurethane special formed sealing ring and elastomer oring energizer ring. Preffered in light to medium duty applications, K15 is an economic piston seal solution.

K16

K16 is a three piece double acting compact seal which consists of one fabric reinforced elastomeric sealing element and two thermoplastic guide backup rings. The self-lubricating sealing ring allow K16 to work safely in systems with insufficient lubrication as well as rough surfaces

K17X

K17X is an innovative piston seal, consists of PTFE sealing ring and energizer elastomer oring. The special design of the PTFE ring increases the extrusion resistance performance while the blow-by risk is minimized. K17X provides low friction and minmal break-out forces in demanding hydraulic applications.

K17

K17 consists of PTFE sealing ring and energizer elastomer oring. It has a wide range of usage thanks to the suitability with ISO housings. It can be produced from PTFE materials with different fillers.

K18

K18 is a five piece double acting compact seal which consists of elastomeric sealing element, thermoplastic elastomer backup rings and thermoplastic guide rings. It is suitable with many hydraulic cylinders thanks to the design with low friction and superior static and dynamic sealing functionality.

K19

The K19 double-acting compact piston seal has a robust design which contains an elastomer energizer, a PTFE ring and two thermoplastic back-up rings. The design has been a preferred design for a wide range of mobile hydraulic applications with low friction, low extrusion and long service-life properties.

K20

K20 is a double-acting compact seal with a simple design which consist of an elastomer sealing ring and guide rings

K23

K23 is a single acting piston seal with cut lip design for use in hydraulic applications and supplying thin oil fim.

K26

K26 is a metal inserted double acting complete piston seal.

K40

K40 single acting piston seal consists of thermoplastic polyurethane ring, wihch avoids hydrodynamic pressure thanks to the notched design and thermoplastic POM backup ring.

K41

K41 single acting piston seal consists of PTFE sealing ring and energizer elastomer oring.

K42

K42 is a five piece double acting compact seal which consists of elastomeric sealing element, thermoplastic elastomer backup rings and thermoplastic guide rings. It is designed for working at high and variable pressures in heavy duty applications.

K43

K43 Piston Seals consists of a fabric sealing ring, L-form back-up/guide ring and a thermoplastic retainer.

K46

K46 piston compact sets are 4 pieces double acting seals consisting of polyurethane sealing ring, energizer elastomer oring and 2 thermoplastic guiding rings.

K48

K48 is a four piece double acting heavy duty piston seal which consists of one TPE profile ring, one elastomeric nitrile rubber to preload sealing element and two thermoplastic backup rings. TPE profile ring has superior abrasion resistance properties and K48 is a preffered sealing solution for rough countersurfaces.

K49

K49 is a two piece double acting sealing set which consists of a hard polyurethane seal ring and an NBR elastomer ring as energizer. It has good sealing ability at heavy duty applications thanks to the PU sealing ring having high resistance against wear, pressure and extrusion as well as NBR energizer ring.

K501

K501 piston seal consists of «Z» cut thermoplastic sealing ring and rectangular shaped elastomer energizer ring. It has good sealing even at low pressures thanks to the rectangular formed elastomer. The «Z» cut ring provides a superior sealing without losing the contact with the tube surface at high and shock pressures. The ring can work at higher extrusion gaps in comparison with PTFE material and has high strength and wear resistance thanks to the glass filled thermoplastic material.

K502

K502 Is a 3 piece compact piston seal which consists of a fabric impregnated elastomer sealing ring and 2 POM guide rings. The sealing ring has superior abrasion resistance and low leakage performance in rough surfaces.

K503

K503 compact set is a 5 pieces piston seal consisting of elastomer sealing ring, two thermoplastic elastomer backup ring and twoPOM guide rings.

K504

K504 is a three pieces compact set consisting of one fabric impregnated sealing ring and two thermoplastic guide rings. The face seal has superior abrasion resistance and performs well at rough surfaces.

K505

K505 is a three pieces compact set consisting of one fabric impregnated sealing ring and two thermoplastic guide rings. The face seal has superior abrasion resistance and performs well at rough surfaces. Special designed guide POM guide and support rings, provides a higher extrusion resistance to the seal and makes K505, the high pressure version of K504

K518

K518 is a piston seal consists of one NBR profile ring, thermoplastic elastomer support rings, and glass-reinforced POM guide rings. K518 is widely preffered in mobile machinery due to glass-reinforced POM guide rings which provides better load bearing propoerties in longer stroke cylinders.

K518X

K518X is a high-performance double acting compact piston seal that consists of one NBR profile ring, thermoplastic elastomer support rings, and glass-reinforced PA guide rings. Among similar double-acting piston seals, K518X comes forward with its TPE support rings with special geometry which enhances the extrusion resistance at variable pressures of mobile hydraulic applications and glass-reinforced PA guide rings that provides higher load bearing performance at higher temperatures.

K751

K751 is single acting piston seal consisting of PTFE sealing ring and V shaped energizing metal spring. It’s a preffered sealing solution in process, chemical industries as well as food&beverage equipment.

K753

K753 double acting piston seal consists of one PTFE profile ring, one elastomer X-ring and an O-ring as energizer. K753 is an ideal piston seal for systems which has two different media in the system seperated by the piston seal such as fluid and gas.

K755

K704 is double acting piston seal consists of PTFE sealing ring and a profile ring as an energizer. Specially designed for heavy duty applications, K704 rod seal offers high extrusion resistance and superior sealing performance.

K757

K757 double acting piston seal consists of one PTFE profile ring, one elastomer X-ring and two O-ring energizers. K757 is the superior version of K753 and differentiates with the double o-ring design which increases sealing performance by optimizing the preload. Similar to K753, K757 is an ideal piston seal for systems which has two different media in the system seperated by the piston seal such as fluid and gas.

K762

K762 is a double acting PTFE piston seal consists of a PTFE sealing ring and energizer elastomer profile ring. Similar to K17, K762 is a preffered sealing solution in mobile machinery and lifting equipment.

K752

K752 is a double acting rotary sealing element consisting of a PTFE ring and an energizer elastomer o-ring. It provides high performance with the superior properties of PTFE material in piston type pressurized rotary sealing applications.
